This simple first aid book helps kids think wisely in an emergency. Well illustrated and easy to understand, it describes accident situations that children are likely to find themselves in. The paramedic/teacher author team provides step-by-step directions for handling such common problems as cuts, bloody noses, stings, electric shock and burns/5. The idea of a children’s book on first aid started to emerge when Liam attended incidents involving children where basic first aid could have resulted in better outcomes for those involved.
